Job summary

Park High School in Minnesota is seeking a dynamic Boys Swimming Varsity Assistant Coach to support the head coach and help develop a strong, sustainable program. You will work with student-athletes to teach fundamentals, strategy and conditioning while fostering teamwork and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in coaching at high school and/or collegiate level.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for program leadership.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, staff and community.
• A Minnesota coaching certificate is preferred for head coaches and beneficial for assistants.

Responsibilities

• Instruct student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategy and conditioning for team success.
• Develop staff and manage program-wide elements per Park High School Activities Dept. goals.
• Collaborate with the head coach and Athletics Director to ensure character development and responsible behavior.
