Qualifications

• High school and/or collegiate level coaching experience is preferred.

• Commitment to program development and community relationships.
• Minnesota coaching certificate or equivalent qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct student‑athletes in fundamental skills, strategy and training.
• Develop staff, manage program-wide elements, and lead continuous improvement.
