Qualifications

• Experience with secondary school level coaching preferred.
• Rhode Island Certificate for Athletic Coach (NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching and Sudden Cardiac Arrest) and current Red Cross certification(s) in CPR and First Aid required.

Responsibilities

• Head coach is responsible for promoting, coordinating and continually improving the interscholastic lacrosse program. The coach reports to the Athletic Director on content, conduct and coordination of the program.
• Coordinate administration including budget, rules and regulations, equipment and uniforms, team travel, scheduling, and team management.
• Demonstrate respect, loyalty, character, sportsmanship, and honor on and off the field while fostering student-athlete growth within the school community.
