Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coaching, training, and supervising team members.

The Position

Candidates must have a sincere interest and desire to put forth maximum effort into his/her coaching responsibilities.

Qualifications Required

• New Jersey Instructional Certificate or Substitute Certification with Athletic Endorsement.
• Exceptional lacrosse knowledge and coaching experience at the high school level.
• Will be directly responsible to the Director of Athletics and Student Activities and school administration for the satisfactory performance of all coaching responsibilities.
• Will assume full responsibility for supervision and conduct of all team members while under his/her jurisdiction and for conducting necessary practice sessions.
• Is expected to assume full-coaching responsibilities at all scheduled games.
• Will assume the responsibility of supervising and administering the programs during the sessions, and issuing and handling of all necessary equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident/immigrant status.
