Plain Local School District Athletic Office in Canton, Ohio is seeking a part-time Coach-Assistant for Boys Lacrosse. Immediate start with the Head Coach to support the athletic program and the team.

Responsibilities include assisting with meetings, scouting, equipment checks, and ensuring adherence to athletic department policies. Prior coaching involvement and ability to work with the Head Coach are essential for success.

Responsabilités

• Supports the Head Coach in conducting the athletic program of that sport and the total athletic program.
• Assists the Head Coach in a manner which will be most beneficial to the entire program.
• Assumes the responsibility for the development and guidance of a specific team within the total program as assigned by the Head Coach.
• Attends all meetings requested by the Athletic Administrator or Head Coach.
• Covers scouting trips requested by the Head Coach.
• Assists the Head Coach in checking in all equipment at the end of the season.
• In the absence of the Head Coach and First Assistant, if any, assumes all responsibilities herein designated as those of the Head Coach.
• Abides by the Athletic Department policies and operating procedures.
• Performs other coaching-related duties as directed by the Head Coach, Athletic Administrator or Principal.
