Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred with coaching experience.
• Proven ability to teach soccer fundamentals and leadership.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of the Soccer program including practices and games.
• Develop game strategies, practice plans, and skill development sessions.
• Supervise and mentor assistant coaches; ensure program alignment with philosophy.
• Provide leadership to coaching staff for continuity and player development.
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic accountability among athletes.
• Communicate with Athletic Director and Principal regarding team matters and scheduling.
