The Boys Junior Varsity Coach is responsible for overseeing the team, serving as a positive role model, and supporting the School's Mission and Core Values.
This position reports directly to the Director of Athletics, Coaching, and Mentoring.
The ideal candidate will have
experience as a youth, high school, and/or club-level coach, experience with providing differentiated instruction to athletes of all levels, effective written and oral communication skills, knowledge of the fundamentals and techniques of competitive soccer, an ability to build relationships and work well with others, and a sharp perspective on the role of athletics in the educational experience.
