Job summary

Natick Public Schools seeks a coach for the Assistant Boys Indoor Track program at Natick High School. The position emphasizes athlete development, character, teamwork, and lifelong success both on and off the field.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, MIAA certifications, and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice. Proficiency with Google Suite and PowerSchool is preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in student-centered coaching.
• Understanding adolescent development and needs.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.
• Experience with Google Suite and PowerSchool preferred, but training will be provided.
• Experience with students with disabilities or English learners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill duties assigned by the Athletic Director.
• Nights and some weekends required.
• Complete trainings as assigned by Natick Public Schools.
• Coach will address bias and its impact on rigor and opportunity for students.
• Other duties as assigned.
