Position Type: Salary, 40 hours/week

Pay Range: $55,390 to 69,222/year

About this opportunity:

This position is responsible for overseeing youth programs and ensuring a positive environment for members.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Promote and stimulate program participation.
  2. Assist with registration of new members and participate in their club orientation process.
  3. Provide guidance and role modeling to members.
What we are looking for in you:
  • Ability to present a positive and professional image of The Salvation Army.
  • Ability to interact with children and teens with patience and respect.
  • Ability to guide and supervise staff members, and oversee statistical reporting.
  • Ability to support and coordinate activities and events.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

80% of work is performed in a normal office environment with minimal physical discomforts. 20% may include outdoor activities during summer camp and field trips.
