Job summary

Framingham Public Schools is seeking a Boys Assistant Cross Country Coach to provide strategic leadership and mentorship to student-athletes at Framingham High School. Responsibilities include developing athletes' skills, fostering an inclusive environment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of a high school diploma, exhibit strong communication and coaching skills, and demonstrate a commitment to the mission of Framingham Public Schools. Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 2–4 years of successful experience in playing and/or coaching the specific sport.
• Language Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct training and guidance to athletes.
• Develops and executes a regular practice schedule.
• Ensures the safety and well-being of all athletes.
