Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop an athlete-centered coaching philosophy for the team.
• Identify and model positive values through sports.
• Plan practices to maximize performance and use resources efficiently.
• Create and monitor goals for athletes and the program.
• Maintain safety, supervision, and risk management for all activities.
• Keep accurate program records and coordinate with school staff.
