About STMA Schools We are a district that serves over 6,300 students and employs 850 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities TheBoys BasketballBooster coach will advise, coordinate and support the participants for the team. This includes helping to build a competitive schedule and coordination of tournaments.

Start Date: November 23, 2026.

Continuing/Season This booster-supported coaching position is a continuing position from year to year that will cover theboys basketball season each school year; however, the dates of thebasketballseason will vary slightly each year. This year's season runs 11/23/2026- 4/3/2027.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30-5:30 PM, and some evening/weekend competitions.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience coaching or participation in basketball.

Stipend Starting Salary: $4000

Benefits: No benefit eligibilty, other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law.
