Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License required or able to obtain.
• Valid CT coaching certification needed.
• CPR/AED/first aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce policies and procedures of the athletic program.
• Establish goals and objectives for the program.
• Conduct regular practice sessions.
• Motivate student-athletes for maximum performance.
• Provide conditioning and training for team members.

Skills

High School degree

Valid Connecticut Driver’s License

Valid CT coaching certification

CPR/AED/first aid certification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Coaching and/or participation at high school level

Ability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends

Willingness to fundraise

Ability to interact with all levels of the school community
