Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• CT driver’s license or ability to obtain; driving record acceptable.
• CT coaching certification or ability to obtain emergency coaching certification.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and enforces all policies of the Capital Prep athletic program.
• Sets goals and values aligned with athletics department.
• Provides regular practice sessions during and outside the season.
• Motivates student-athletes to perform at maximum levels.
• Oversees conditioning and training in coordination with coaching staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations for assistants.
• Performs duties as assigned by Administration.
