Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Full-time Small Press Operator in Laconia, NH. The role involves operating manual hand presses, performing first-piece inspections, and maintaining accurate records to ensure part quality and lot integrity.

Cross-training to Anodize Racking, Assembly or Packing will occur as workflow requires. You must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a team environment with safety as a priority.

Responsabilidades

• Operate hand presses to attach parts and assemble to specifications.
• Perform first piece inspection to ensure correct parts and tooling.
• Maintain accurate wanding and record keeping for lot integrity.
• Meet or exceed production quotas and maintain safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Keep work area clean and safe; assist other departments as needed.

## Boyd Thermal by Eaton Small Press OperatorApply: On-Site: Laconia: Full time: Posted Today: R-103543**Job Description** ## **Primary Function:**Operate manual hand presses to attach tabs, pins and pems to stampings and/or Board Level products. This position will need the ability to cross train to Anodize Racking, Assembly or Packing as workflow needs occur.## ## **Essential Functions:**• Operate all hand presses.• Perform first piece inspection on all assigned work to ensure thecorrect parts, hardware and tooling are used to assure quality ismaintained.• Perform accurate wanding and record keeping tasks to assurecredibility, lot integrity, etc.• Ability to produce at or exceed quota.• Maintain clear precise communications with your Team Leader andSupervisor.• Comply to all company policies, procedures and safety regulations.• Maintain a clean safe work environment.• Ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs.• Ability to assist in other departments as needed. ## ## **Qualifications****Basic qualifications:**· Works on assignments that are routine/semi routine in nature; limitedjudgement is required.· Supervisory Responsibility: Receives detailed instructions on allassignments.· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.· Ability to read, write and perform basic math calculations.· Ability to read/use Dial Calipers.· Good manual dexterity including good hand/eye coordination.· Ability to sit for long durations at a workstation.• All positions require use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms regulations.
