Job summary

US Fitness in McCalla, Alabama seeks a dynamic Strike Studio Team member to teach boxing, kickboxing, and HIIT classes, helping members reach new PRs in a high-energy, supportive environment.

You'll lead group sessions, perform movement checks, manage client relationships, track class records, and participate in promotions and trainings, with a strong emphasis on safety and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required.
• Combat background or equivalent experience a plus.
• Martial arts ranking or similar skill preferred.
• Friendly coach with great communication, sales instincts, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead group classes (boxing, kickboxing, HIIT, technical conditioning) that are safe, challenging, and fun
• Run Smart Starts / movement checks and support members before/after class
• Build and maintain your training client base and support EP promotions/special events
• Keep class records, schedules, and studio tidy - replace equipment and report issues
• Track hours and follow payroll/substitution procedures; attend mandatory meetings and trainings
• Represent the club with professionalism and respond to member needs promptly
