Rumble Boxing Gym Madison is seeking a part-time Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Coach to lead high-energy boxing classes and coach members across fitness levels in Madison, AL.

The role emphasizes coaching, member experience, and community-building, with base pay per class and growth opportunities within the fitness industry. Weekend availability and CPR/AED certification are required.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required or current by hire.
• Active fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or AFAA preferred).
• Proven group fitness coaching abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to motivate clients in a fast-paced setting.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and member success.
• 2+ years of group fitness experience or 60+ classes taught.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy boxing fitness classes using Rumble programming.
• Coach and motivate members across fitness levels to maximize engagement.
• Support studio operations, assist members, and aid retention.
• Represent the Rumble Boxing brand at local events and promotions.
