The Role

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, motivated, and passionate Trainer to lead our group boxing fitness classes in Nashville, TN. You’ll be the face of the Rumble experience—bringing the hype, the skill, and the coaching that keeps our members coming back for more. Whether you’re throwing combos, correcting form, or hyping up the room, you’ll be instrumental in creating a powerful, positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, 45-minute boxing and strength classes with enthusiasm and precision
• Lead and inspire members of all fitness levels through safe, effective workouts
• Provide hands-on corrections and clear, motivating coaching
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and brand representation
• Collaborate with the team to continuously elevate the member experience

Qualifications

• A passion for fitness, movement, and helping others succeed
• Previous group training or coaching experience (boxing or HIIT preferred)
• Strong stage presence and excellent communication skills
• Certified in CPR/AED and nationally recognized fitness certification (ACE, NASM, etc.)
• Availability to teach at least 4 classes per week
