Hillyard, Inc. is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our Columbus, OH operations team. You will safely operate a box truck on a local route, deliver products to customer locations, and build relationships with customers while staying home every night and keeping a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a box truck, straight truck, or other commercial delivery vehicle.
• Strong commitment to safe driving with a good driving record.
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently while managing your daily route.
• Experience loading/unloading deliveries using pallet jacks or forklifts (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including email communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial box truck on an established local delivery route.
• Load, unload, and deliver products to customer locations using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and ensure products arrive safely and on time.
• Secure cargo and perform routine vehicle inspections.
• Build positive relationships by providing friendly, professional customer service.
• Communicate customer needs and delivery information with internal teams.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and report discrepancies when necessary.
• Complete delivery paperwork and utilize company communication tools throughout the day.
