MML Alliance is seeking experienced Box Truck Owner-Operators for consistent over‑the‑road opportunities. Run under your own MC authority or lease on under our authority; new MC authorities welcomed.

This role offers high weekly gross potential with quick pay after every delivery, safety and sign-on bonuses, and driver referral bonuses. Fuel discounts start at $0.30/gal and there is no forced dispatch, with fast onboarding in about 2 hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of verifiable OTR experience.
• Must own, lease, or rent a box truck.
• No DUI convictions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver freight on over‑the‑road routes according to the dispatch plan.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with dispatch to maximize miles and earnings while meeting delivery windows.
