Job summary

MML Alliance is seeking experienced OTR box truck owner-operators to secure consistent freight opportunities across the United States. Operators may run under their own MC authority or lease onto our authority. New MC authorities are welcome and welcome to apply.

Compensation includes solo operators earning $8,000+ weekly gross, with Quick Pay after each delivery, safety and sign-on bonuses, and driver referral bonuses. Fuel discounts start at $0.30 per gallon, and onboarding is fast.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of verifiable OTR experience.
• Must operate a box truck (owned, leased, or rented).
• Familiarity with MC authority and leasing options.
• No DUI convictions as a condition of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate a box truck on over-the-road (OTR) routes.
• Coordinate with dispatch for loads and schedules.
• Navigate and manage routes efficiently to maximize weekly gross.
• Operate under your own MC authority or lease onto our authority.
