Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a Box Truck Medical Driver/Logistics Service Representative to transport lab specimens, records and supplies from the Menomonee Falls area. You will drive a non-CDL straight truck, use a handheld scanner, and follow procedures to ensure timely, safe deliveries.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid license and a clean driving history. Training, benefits and a fixed schedule are provided as part of MedSpeed’s commitment to growth and stability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant driving experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
• Has or can obtain appropriate Class driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, equipment and supplies.
• Drive a non-CDL straight truck on various roads in different weather conditions.
• Operate a hand-held scanner to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Conduct pre/post trip vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean.
