Job summary

Parts Authority is hiring a Box Truck Driver to load, transport, and deliver parts to customers and businesses in a timely, friendly manner. You will follow routes, review orders, and maintain safety while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid license, weekend work, and 1+ year of Class C bobtail experience. Competitive hourly pay with a strong benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and meet company insurance requirements.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable Class C bobtail driving experience.
• Ability to lift/move/push/pull up to 50 pounds (75 lbs for Auto Body Parts delivery).
• Drivers must be 21 years old or over to meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly and courteous manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor truck gauges and indicators to ensure safe operation.
• Follow dispatcher guidance, routes, time schedules, and use navigation tools.
• Assist with loading/unloading and warehouse duties as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with transportation laws.
• Process payments, invoices, and related reports.
