Habitat Bucks is seeking a Donation Specialist (non-CDL driver) to support the ReStore program in Warminster, PA. You will operate the box truck, assist donors, and help process and display donations with a focus on safe, efficient service to the community.

Job description

As part of a dynamic team, you will support all aspects of the ReStore program. The Box truck driver picks up donations, brings them back to the store, unloads them, processes them for sale, and monitors the ReStore Box trucks and reports any needed maintenance or upkeep.

In this role, you will explore various neighborhoods and interact with new people daily. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills or collaborate with a team member while safely and efficiently operating the box truck.

To excel as a Donation Specialist driver at Habitat Bucks, you'll need a unique set of skills to tackle the challenges that come your way. From moving furniture to heavy lifting, you should be a pro at handling physical tasks with ease. Being a team player is a must - collaboration and communication are key as you work alongside your colleagues to achieve common goals.

Ability to safely lift and position 50 pounds frequently. The job entails constant physical activity, including but not limited to bending, kneeling, standing, walking, squatting, and reaching, often in awkward or tiring positions.

Please ensure you have reliable transportation to the Warminster ReStore location.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday- 8 am to 4:30 pm
