Job summary

Premier ProduceOne is a produce distributor focused on quality and service. We’re seeking a hands-on Box Truck Driver for our Cleveland location to help deliver fresh produce to local customers and distribution centers.

You’ll drive 24'-26' box trucks, navigate routes, log deliveries in our dispatch software, and maintain safety and product quality while providing excellent customer service. Lift 50–75 lbs, Saturday routes, and DOT physical required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Able to repetitively lift and carry 50–75-pound packages.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product to customers using hand jacks and skids, placing orders as needed.
• Safely operate 24'-26' box trucks and meet time frames.
• Log deliveries into truck management software and maintain routes.
• Monitor product quality and ensure quantities match orders.
• Communicate with dispatchers to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain safety during vehicle entry/exit and on customer premises.
• Complete routes efficiently while respecting customers' time.

In this role, you will be responsible for transporting fresh produce from our warehouse to local customers, retailers, and distribution centers.
