Summary
The Box Truck Driver operates a >26,000 gvw 26’ truck on a specific route to service OBRC accounts and BottleDrop locations by handling the pick-up and transportation of beverage containers.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned Box Truck
  • Safely and courteously operates a vehicle and all equipment, including pallet jacks, lift gates, load locks and more
  • Prepare accurate documents, counts, and product preparation, building pallets and product grouping
  • Load trucks, insuring all items are counted and loaded and that load is properly secured
  • Learn and understand product information, company operations and communicate this to retailers and customers
  • Options available for on the job training for Class A CDL.
  • Other job duties as assigned

Education/Experience

  • High School diploma or GED

Requirements – Skills, Job Knowledge & Abilities

  • Valid class C driver license and valid driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. frequently throughout the day
  • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels with internal and external business partners
  • Ability to qualify for and obtain a CDL within 12 months of hire
  • Professional demeanor in both attitude and appearance
