Green Circle Growers is seeking a dependable warehouse operative to drive box trucks between staging areas and multiple greenhouses, and to coordinate hardgoods supplies for production and packaging. You will communicate with management to ensure supplies are ready in advance and stock soil room items as needed.

Responsibilities include unloading/loading trailers, keeping areas organized, and operating box trucks, tow motors, and forklifts.

• Experience gathering inventory supplies for production/assembly is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Gather supplies in advance before starting a production work order or packaging.
• Oversee need for extra supplies during job completion.
• Keep production and packaging areas organized.
• Unload/load trailers as needed to support receiving.
• Operate box truck, tow motor and tug daily.
• Dispose of inventory labels properly.
• Complete pallets of packaging moved to dock and organized by load.

POSITION OVERVIEW:The responsibilities consist of driving box trucks between staging areas and multiple greenhouses at Green Circle Growers. Coordinate and stage hardgoods supplies for production as well as packaging. Communicates often with management team on next jobs/task to ensure supplies are ready in advance.QUALIFICATIONS and education requirements:A flexible work schedule to include some weekendsDetail oriented with excellent organizational skills and cleanliness standardsProven initiative and responsibility demonstrated through prior work experienceTeam player with a positive attitude2 + years of verifiable experienceClean driving recordPrevious experience with gathering inventory supplies for setting up assembly/production work cells a plusTrained or ability to be trained as a tow motor operatorAbility to communicate with management teamStay on task and able to work independentlyFlexible with changing direction throughout the dayGood attendance is a must and able to work a little extra when necessary for prepping jobs for following dayJOB DUTIES:Gather supplies in advance before starting a production work order or packagingOversee the need for extra supplies during completion of jobsKeep production and packaging area organizedResponsible for removal an organization of palletsEmpty cardboard and trash throughout the dayStock soil room supplies as neededCompleted pallets of Packaging moved to dock and organized by loadUnload trailers as needed to help receivingBox Truck, Tow motor and tug use dailyProper disposal of inventory labelsAll other duties as assignedpHYSICAL Environment & Requirements:Plant/Production facility, occasionally outside, or in-store; Possible extreme heat/cold dependent on seasonContinuously requires ability to follow verbal and/or written directionFrequently requires walking, lifting (up to 50lbs), carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling (up to 200lbs), bending, and crouchingOccasionally requires sitting, standing, fine dexterity, climbing and handlingMay require ability to operate machinery, drive vehicles (truck, car, van, tug, forklift) or use equipment such as hand tools, computers, or general business equipmentCDL license or tug/forklift certification may be required
