Job summary

Wilson Lumber is hiring a dependable Box Truck Driver to deliver windows, doors, lumber, and building materials to job sites across the region. This is a physical, hands-on role where you hand-load and unload materials and interact directly with customers at construction sites.

No CDL is required, but a clean MVR and valid DOT health card are a must. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with home every evening and opportunities to advance as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of delivery driving experience.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Valid DOT health card and clean MVR.
• Comfortable lifting 25–200+ lbs and working in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills—you'll be representing Wilson Lumber on every job site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver windows, doors, lumber, and building materials safely and on time to residential and commercial job sites.
• Hand-load, secure, and unload materials; protect products and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Verify orders against paperwork before each run and flag discrepancies.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep the truck clean and road-ready.
• Communicate delays or issues to the Millwork Delivery Manager promptly.
