Job summary

Dutch Farms is seeking a local Class B delivery driver to service Illinois and Indiana grocery stores with refrigerated and frozen products. The role starts early, ends home daily, and carries a set schedule.

Expect a 4am start, Monday–Friday with every other Saturday, off Sundays and alternate Saturdays, and an assigned truck. Starting wage is $24/hour with weekly pay and a potential $3,200 in bonus potential; annual gross around $64,000–$67,000.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid B Class CDL.
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs occasionally; routine 60–70 lbs with occasional 150 lbs.
• Experience with load securement using pressure bars and e-track bars.
• Clear English communication in DOT compliance.
• Familiar with electronic logs and HOS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated and frozen products to grocery stores across IL and IN.
• Inspect, unload, and secure loads at customer sites.
• Maintain load paperwork and provide outstanding customer service.
• Communicate professionally with management and drivers.

As a local Class B delivery driver at Dutch Farms, you will be delivering refrigerated and frozen food product throughout Illinois and Indiana to local grocery stores.

• 4am start time
• Home daily
• Scheduled Monday through Friday every other Saturday
• Off Every Sunday & Every Other Saturday

Pay & Benefits

Paid WEEKLY!

Time and half after 40 hours

Starting wage of $24 per hour

Weekly Gross Pay: $1,000 – 1,300

Annual Gross Income: $64,000 - 67,000

Requirements

• Inspect and complete thorough pre and post trips on all equipment.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and rotate.
• PDL (Physical Demand Limit) generally is at 60-70 lbs. with occasional PDL at 150 lbs.
• Capable of utilizing pressure bars and e-track bars to ensure load securement and safety
• Responsible for safe unloading of product at customer deliveries.
• Maintain all necessary and accurate load paperwork
• Able to maintain good professional communication with management
• Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) required in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Must be familiar with electronic logs and HOS regulations
• Must have valid B Class Commercial Driver’s License
