Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, is hiring a delivery driver in Iowa to support tire and auto parts distribution. You will perform routes with 10–20 daily deliveries, lift up to 80 pounds, and complete pre- and post-trip vehicle checks while maintaining compliance with safety policies.

The role offers benefits from day one, weekly pay, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and 401(k) matching. You’ll work 8–12 hours/day with potential Saturday rotations and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional driving experience and successful completion of company road test
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds
• Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling tires
• Should be able to pass a pre-employment drug test (THC testing not included)
• Valid DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds on multiple routes with 10-20 deliveries per day
• Complete and maintain accurate records and logs as required by policy and law
• Make on-time deliveries at customer locations in all weather conditions
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle
• Assist with loading/unloading and operate equipment as needed
• Work approx. 8-12 hours per day and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
• Collect payments from customers upon delivery of product
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety guidelines
