BRBW GROUP ENTERPRISES is hiring delivery drivers out of Greenwood, Indiana. You will operate a company-provided box truck to deliver packages across your route, with 250 miles per day and 80-250 stops, involving loading, unloading, and on-the-road navigation.

Routes are GPS-guided and schedules are consistent with pay reflecting effort. Base daily pay ranges from $180–$200, with performance-based pay up to $280 per day; weekly pay, paid training, and benefits are available, along with PTO

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• No CDL required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs; frequent bending, lifting, and maneuvering in/out of truck
• Strong time management and the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and customer-facing attitude on every shift
• Prior delivery experience a plus — not required

Responsibilities

• Operate a company-provided box truck to deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes
• Travel about 250 miles per day with 80–250 stops; load and unload consistently
• Follow GPS-guided routes; maintain a consistent schedule
• First-wave drivers start early; peak season may require 6-day weeks with extra pay
