Job summary

Temco Logistics is seeking full-time Delivery Drivers to operate a 26 ft. box truck and deliver large items to customers. CDL not required; paid training provided.

You will load, unload, and deliver packages, often 15–20 stops per day, while maintaining safety and professional communication with customers and store staff. The role involves 8–10 hour days, weather‑dependent conditions, and opportunities for career growth within Temco Logistics.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a 26 ft box truck.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent and verifiable box truck driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Pass pre-employment screenings, including DOT physical exams.
• Be a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Able to pass a standard criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Drive local deliveries from home improvement stores to customers.
• Load trucks at stores and deliver packages safely and on time in all weather conditions.
• Work approximately 8–10 hours per day.
• Complete 15–20 deliveries per day.
• Operate a company-provided handheld device to manage deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers and local store associates.
