Job summary

Temco Logistics is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers to operate a 26 ft. box truck and deliver items to local home improvement stores. CDL not required; paid training provided. Expect 8–10 hour days, 15–20 deliveries daily, and professional communication with customers and store staff.

Candidates should be 21+, have a clean driving record for 7 years, and be able to lift up to 100 lbs. A pre-employment background check and DOT screening are required as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older for all drivers.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 7 years.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Be a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings, including DOT physical exams.

Responsibilities

• Drive local home improvement stores to load trucks, then deliver packages safely and on time in all weather conditions.
• Work approximately 8-10 hours per day.
• Complete 15-20 deliveries per day.
• Operate a company-provided handheld device to manage and confirm deliveries.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and local store associates.
