Batesville is hiring a CDL driver to safely operate commercial motor vehicles, deliver and unload caskets, and build strong customer relationships. You will ensure compliance with DOT rules, maintain vehicles, and uphold safety and service standards across routes.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, a minimum of 3 years driving experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Flexibility to work any day/shift including weekends.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Must pass a vehicle road test.
• DOT physical current on file as required.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate Commercial Motor Vehicles.
• Deliver and unload caskets in a safe manner.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships.
• Effectively meet CSC and customer demands.
• Ensure local operational performance: DOT regs, safety, vehicle maintenance, work standards, policies, and customer satisfaction.
• Record hours of service and troubleshoot ELD issues as required.
