Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Palestine, TX is seeking a hands-on box assembler to support packaging operations. The role involves hand and/or box machine assembly, forklift-assisted unloading, and delivering to the box room, with strict PPE and safety compliance.

You will follow NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and company policies, work a Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm schedule with pay rate $18.95 and benefits from day one, plus on-the-job training to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work unsupervised and stay motivated.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Live within feasible commuting distance and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes by hand or with a box machine.
• Unload boxes from trucks using a forklift and deliver to box room.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the line.
• Perform light maintenance and assist with cleanup as needed.
