A leading entertainment ticketing company is seeking a Ticket Buyer - Independent Contractor in New York, NY. This flexible role allows you to earn commissions by purchasing tickets for events at venue box offices. No prior experience is needed, making it a great fit for those with gig economy backgrounds. You'll be required to work approximately 2 days a week, using a company-provided smartphone app for orders. Eligibility to work in the US and being detail-oriented are key requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Physically able to travel to venues.
• Have a smartphone to interface with company to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information.
• Be able to work approx 2 days per week, 1 - 4 hours per day - generally between 10:00am - 9:00pm (venue box office hours vary greatly).
• Be able to communicate with REPS through SMS.
• Be accurate, detail-oriented and result-driven.

Ticketbuyers receive ticket purchase orders thru an app on theirsmartphone, then travel to venues to purchase tickets using acompany provided credit card

Afterpurchasing tickets, the detail is entered in the app, ticketsare then shipped to us

Commissionsare paid weekly thru direct deposit, after tickets arereceived
