Marcus Theatres in Kentucky is seeking a Part Time Box Office Attendant to support theatre operations and guest services at the front desk. You will greet guests, process transactions, manage loyalty sign-ups, and help enforce theatre policies with a friendly, efficient approach.
The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, upselling, and delivering high levels of guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Training and growth opportunities are available within the theatre network.
Under the direction of the theatre management team, the Box Office Attendant is responsible for providing support in the theatre and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Tasks will be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner.
This position reports to a member of the theatre management team or General Manager (reporting may vary by location).
