Job summary

The Marcus Corporation is seeking a friendly Box Office Attendant at our Illinois theatre to greet guests, process ticket purchases, and ensure accuracy of cash handling at the point of sale. You will deliver confident, courteous service and upsell concessions where appropriate while maintaining security of tickets and loyalty transactions.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, high-volume theatre setting.

Qualifications

• Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and process loyalty transactions.
• Ensure security of box office cash and tickets.
• Enforce theatre policies and assist guests with questions.
• Meet sales goals through upselling and loyalty sign-ups.
• Operate POS terminals and provide accurate change.
• Perform daily stocking and upkeep of box office area.
• Provide fast, friendly guest service and resolve concerns.
