Job summary

Staffmark Group in Rogers, AR is hiring a Manufacturing Box Operator to operate corrugating and box-making equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring quality boxes and timely production.

You will follow written work instructions, maintain a clean, organized work area, and support production teams on a 2/2/3 schedule from 6 AM to 6 PM, earning $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits.

High school diploma or GED required; prior manufacturing experience is preferred and may lead to advancement.

• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate corrugating and box-making equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep production machines stocked with the correct cardboard boxes to prevent downtime.
• Adjust adhesive settings on the box-making machine according to box size and production specs.
• Monitor equipment performance and clear jams or minor stoppages promptly.
• Manually assemble corrugated boxes when required to meet production demands.
• Coordinate with machine operators and leads to prepare upcoming work orders and ensure correct box sizes/quantities.
• Inspect finished boxes for quality, accuracy, and proper assembly.
• Perform routine machine checks and report issues to supervisor/maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by daily housekeeping tasks.
