The Mushroom Company, part of the South Mill Champs family, is seeking a reliable Box Maker to join our Production team in Cambridge, Maryland. This full-time role focuses on inspecting finished products, tracking items leaving the dept, and supporting food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English and/or Spanish.
• Experience in food manufacturing or sanitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for damaged pallets and/or boxes.
• Track, document, and identify products leaving the department.
• Report food safety or quality concerns, including foreign material.
• Maintain clean floors and work areas.
• Report mechanical or electrical issues.
• Follow food safety, GMP, safety, and company policies.
• Provide coverage during breaks and lunches as assigned.
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed.
