Compensation: $18.50 to $20.50 an hour – paid weekly

Shifts Available: Days 5:50 am to 6:00 pm, 2‑2‑3 schedule

Job Summary: The incumbent will make boxes and labels according to daily orders, coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Assistant Production Supervisor to ensure enough boxes are made for the designated shift, maintain a clean equipment and work area, and perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Keep up with production runs to ensure packers have enough boxes for finished goods.
• Review production sheets to produce enough boxes for the designated shift.
• Maintain clean equipment and work area.
• Comply with the company’s safety policies and procedures.
• Work behind the production line to ensure product continually flows in the lines.
• Change materials for the production line according to the bill of materials (BOM).
• Maintain filters and keep the work area clean.
• Ensure resin pumps are working properly.
• Operate label equipment and AX.
• Operate forklifts safely.
• Help in production as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Work in a manufacturing environment with constant physical activity.
• Reach over head, squat, bend at the waist, and lift boxes of 60 lbs or more.
• Climb up and down stairs throughout a 12‑hour shift.
• Tolerate continuous standing for 12 hours.
• Tolerate intense walking.
• Tolerate working in environments with hot and cold temperatures.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to keep up in a fast‑paced environment.
