Pay

Production pay style (The more you do, the more you make)

• Paid per trailer completed.
• The average lumper is expected to complete 3 trailers.
• The average lumper is expected to make $150-$200 in a normal day. (More if you are fast/can do more)

Experience

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
• Familiarity with safe lifting/ handling techniques
• Proficient in physical labor
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is a plus
