Overview

Job Title: Lumper – Furniture Truck & Container Loading

Location: Mcdonough, Georgia

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract

Schedule

• Front Half: Sunday–Tuesday
  • Sunday: 5:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Monday: 5:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 5:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Possible Back Half: Wednesday – Saturday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm (opening soon)

What You’ll Do

• Unload furniture from 53 ft trailers and 40 ft containers; unload and move items safely and efficiently.
• Load furniture from boxed trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Handle and move heavy items; stack and organize freight for smooth warehouse operations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and speed; follow safety protocols to prevent injuries and damage.

• Physical strength: ability to lift and move heavy furniture repeatedly.
• Work Ethic: reliable, hardworking, able to meet unloading targets.
• Team Player: collaborates with others to ensure efficient unloading.
• Experience: prior warehouse or lumper experience is a plus but not required.
