Main Event Entertainment in Colorado Springs is seeking a friendly Bowl Attendant to welcome Guests, explain activities, and keep lanes running smoothly. You will help guests choose games, assist with lane setup, and ensure safety and cleanliness are maintained while processing payments.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and using multiple systems to support operations. Availability for days, evenings, and weekends is required in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being a FUN ambassador!
• Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest's needs and activity availability
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
• Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane setup and ball selection
• Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards (gotta play safe!)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; completing side duties
