Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a part-time Mechanic to maintain bowling center equipment and perform preventative repairs. You will help keep lanes, pinsetters, and related gear in peak condition while adhering to safety standards and shift requirements.

The role requires basic mechanical experience, good communication skills, and a willingness to train others. Evening and weekend availability is expected as part of a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of mechanical experience.
• High School Diploma with emphasis on algebra/geometry/applied math (optional).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to train new mechanics.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
• Proven team player.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures per OSHA and Lucky Strike standards.
• Keep lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters and equipment in full working order.
• Operate and inspect bowling equipment in the center.
• Maintain the shop and machine area clean and organized.
• Assist the Senior Mechanic with training of new Mechanics.
