Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc in Houston seeks a customer-focused team member to provide outstanding service in our bowling center, arcade and karaoke areas. Availability on nights and weekends is preferred. A High School Diploma or GED is required to apply.

You will help enforce age checks and policy compliance while contributing to a fun, safe guest experience. The role involves working in a lively, loud environment with physical duties and a focus on hospitality best practices.

Job description

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Bowling Department.

Availability on nights and weekends is preferred.

Please note you must have a High School Diploma or GED to apply.

Essential Duties:

• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
• Conducts lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Complies and maintains the confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma and preferred one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times.
• In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel, and reach with their hands and arms.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
