Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking a customer service oriented teammate to support our Bowling Department. You will assist guests, handle age verification, and help maintain a welcoming, fun environment in our bowling center.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years of hospitality or retail experience. This on-site role involves a loud, active arcade/bowling setting and requires the ability to stand, move, and lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years experience in hospitality or retail preferred.

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Bowling Department.

Essential Duties:

• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
• Conducts lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Complies and maintains the confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma and preferred one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times.
• In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel, and reach with their hands and arms.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
