Main Event is seeking a friendly Bowl Attendant in Lubbock, TX to greet guests and keep the lanes running smoothly. You will welcome guests, assist with lane setup and ball selection, issue and clean shoes, and help resolve lane issues with a positive, safety-minded attitude.

This part-time role involves working days, nights and weekends, processing payments, and contributing to a fun, safe environment. Knowledge of multiple systems is helpful, and teamwork is essential to deliver excellent

Qualifications

• Hospitality or guest-service mindset preferred.
• Ability to learn and use multiple systems.
• Clear communication with management, team, and guests.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and promote activities while helping them plan their visit.
• Assist guests with lane setup, ball selection, and shoe handling.
• Troubleshoot lane issues and assist with payments and greetings.
• Maintain clean Bowl Desk and lanes, and support side duties.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times.

As a Bowl Attendant, you are helpful, knowledgeable, and have high energy, so you can guide our Guests through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You’re an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and using the various systems to perform your job successfully!
