Job summary

Main Event Avon is hiring a part-time Bowl Attendant to warmly welcome Guests and guide them through activities, lanes, and safety while promoting our offerings. You’ll work with a high-energy team to ensure a FUN, safe bowling experience and assist with shoe rental, lane setup, and payments.

The role emphasizes guest-focused service, teamwork, and the ability to learn multiple systems. Availability on days, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage Guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Promote and recommend activities based on Guest needs and availability.
• Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization.
• Escort Guests to their lane and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensure Guests adhere to bowling safety standards.
• Process payment transactions and welcome Guests back.
• Maintain a clean Bowl Desk and/or lanes; complete side duties.

As a Bowl Attendant, you’re high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable so you can guide our Guest’s through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You’re an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and in using the various systems to successfully perform your job!
