Scheels All Sports, Inc. Overland Park is seeking Bow Technicians to deliver world-class service through expert fitting, repair, and maintenance of bows and archery equipment. You will interact with customers, explain repair steps, and keep a clean workstation.

Overview:
Scheels Bow Technicians provide world-class service through expert fitting, repair, and maintenance of bows and archery equipment to meet the customers' needs. This position combines technical skills and customer focus to represent Scheels as friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous to both customers and fellow associates.

Compensation:
Earn $18.00 per hour plus GREAT Associate Discount on all in store purchases.
Schedule:
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9a.m. and 9p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10a.m. and 6p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be available minimum of every other weekend or 2 weekends a month. Average hours per week is20hours.
Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must be able to also exert up to 50 - 80 lbs of pulling force regularly.
